Introduction
Wrenfields offers a developed urban area to the southeast of the island featuring the main plaza and town hall; museum, outdoor vending facilities, general supplies shop, and tailor's emporium. Residences are available for ten islanders, mostly along the southern beach front. A short walk away, in the southwest quarter, is the Wrenfields Nature reserve and hill walk with picnicking facilities and a viewpoint area with telescope. Camping facilities are available in the valley to the north of the nature reserve; water can be obtained from the nearby well. This valley also features a venue for rustic wedding services and/or photoshoots among the trees, including an artificial display cake and candles. On a hillside overlooking the valley is a small amusement park featuring a children's play park, a small pool and a fairground ride. Public toilets can also be found here. To the centre of the hilltop at the north of the island are two small botanic gardens; west of these is a woodland, and to the east is another small wood with a hilltop lake. Picnic tables are available here. Downhill from the lake, at the northeast of the island, are a space-themed exhibition and an American-style diner. An outdoor gym and table-tennis table can be found below the cliffs next to the diner.
Wrenfields Hotel is now open for short stays and is situated on the pier at the southwest corner of the island. It features eight rooms decorated in various styles.
Please take care when travelling around the island. We hope you enjoy your time here. Please do not leave litter (a waste bin is available to the west of the main Plaza), and please do not vandalise the trees or flowers. (You may take flowers from behind the DIY stalls just outside the airport.)
